Slightly More Efficient Selling Slightly More Efficient Buying:

How buyers & sellers should collaborate to fix urgent and important problems

Buying and selling are two sides of the same coin, so why are there so few books about buying? And how could you even write about one without referencing the other?

I don’t know, so this book has two front covers. Flip it to read about the opposite perspective. Good news: they meet in the middle.

At the end of the day, if someone learns they have a problem, then they have exactly three options: they can do nothing, they can fix it themselves, or they find a partner to help them.

My goal with this book is to make that process slightly more efficient. I believe we’ll do this by being more open with each other about how best to work together. I also believe if we get it right, then we can literally boost the global economy and bump human productivity by a couple points.

No pressure!

You can read this book as either a buyer or a seller, but ideally, you’ll read both sides to understand how your counterparty thinks. My only ask is that you use this knowledge for good. Don’t go ripping off the other side just because I told you what they’re thinking.
